When creating an application in Flex you often need to add some kind of server side scripting to your application.  Maybe you want to send out an email or maybe you need to store some information in a database, whatever it is, ColdFusion can help.  Anybody who is involved with Flex will have heard of ColdFusion, but not all of you may know much about it.  In this session you will get an introduction to ColdFusion, from what it is, to what it does, to how it compares to ActionScript.  By the end you will have enough knowledge to write your first script and will have the desire to learn more.  This is a perfect introduction for anyone who knows Flex and would like to know more about ColdFusion.
